Policies:
Check in is from 3-7pm. If you will be arriving after 7pm please make arrangements in advance.
Check out is 11am.
Payment is processed the day of arrival. We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and cash. An ID is required and must match the credit card used to pay for the room. If paying cash a valid credit card or $150 cash deposit is required. If you use a credit card for security deposit wee will verify that $150 in funds is available.
Our rates are based on double occupancy. Please note the number of people in your reservation. Extra people in the room are $10 per night per person. We will collect the appropriate amount at check in. Maximum occupancy in our rooms is 4 people.
We do not accept pets. If a pet is brought in the room the charge is $150 and you will be asked to leave and no refund provided,
No smoking is allowed in our rooms but you may smoke outside. If the room is smoked you will be asked to leave. The charge for smoking in the room is $150.
Cancellations: During most of the year our cancellation policy is 3 days. However most holidays, special events and leaf season require a 7 day notice of cancellation.
Holidays are Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Special events are The Dragon Boat Races, and The Dirty Dancing Festival.
Leaf season is from the first weekend in October until the first weekend in November.
